Frequently Asked Question

Identify user account for iPad being enrolled via the label on the back of the device (i.e. js14)  If there is no user account on the back of the iPad, you may select an empty Account from the Accounts tab in Workspace One.

1. Power on the iPad.

2. Go through Apple setup screens (Language > Country > Set up Manually).

3. Connect to a Wi-Fi connection.

4. iPad will begin activation process.

5. Cellular Activation screen will appear.

6. If prompted, select the first Cellular SIM option listed.

7. Press Next or Continue.

8. Data & Privacy screen (if prompted, select Continue).

9. Remote Management will appear > Next.

10. Remote Management Login screen –

11. Enter user account (identified in first step, ie. js14)

12. Enter password (jkl) - all lower case > Next.

Your iPad should start through the enrollment process.
